Andrew Mullin is a partner at M Squared Group. He is responsible for all company operations and finance. He has more than 16 years of business consulting, product marketing, direct and channels sale experience on a wide range of client engagements with a particular emphasis on sales strategy and execution, new product development and market evaluation. Andrew has worked at Lawson Software and Prime Response where he gained a deep understanding of sales process and developing and launching new products. Andrew holds a MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas and is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Jason has performed numerous segmentation, predictive modeling, and descriptive analyses for clients across a wide variety of industries and marketing situations. Jason specializes in finding insights that are difficult to uncover through reporting or spreadsheets. In his schooling, Jason specialized in animal behavior. This background helps him construct robust ways to measure customer behavior, including developing surveys and other techniques that lead to insights around consumer needs, purchasing decisions and loyalty. Over the past 30 years, Marc has successfully applied his capabilities in the public and private sector, in both large and small companies, in the USA, Europe and Asia. He has been a line manager, leading several business units during the past 15 years, which means he has a real appreciation of the challenges of driving new initiatives across complex organizations. Chris previous worked at Wells Fargo Institutional Brokerage and Sales as a marketing associate, where he gained knowledge of the wholesale banking business, supporting marketing functions and a solid grounding in sales and marketing processes in a corporate setting.
